The best way for projects to proceed through our system is by first developing a Creative Strategy for each project. A very specific form is used within our organization to do this.

It's a deceptively simple-looking form; completing it properly can be quite complicated, as some of our clients over the years have learned.

However, once it's done – and approved – it insures that the work the client sees for their project covered by that Creative Strategy will be on target, cover the right points, and deliver the right result.

Up-front planning like this makes a big difference.

Once the project is underway, there will be three distinct phases: concepts, execution, and production. Written estimates can be given for each of these.
